This property is a labor of love, our legacy. Previously a ‘Fish Camp’ many locals often stop by with stories of how their grandpappy used to bring them here to fish.  It has its place in many people’s happy memories in the community.  Sadly, the property sat in disrepair for quite some time. On an afternoon drive, we discovered it hidden down a dead-end road in a quaint old Florida community.  We knew it was going to take a lot of hard labor and dedication as all the outbuildings were just shells of themselves.  It was purchased, gutted, and restored in 2022-24 after almost a decade of sitting dormant. Everything is new- from the A/C’s, bathroom fixtures, kitchen appliances, walls, windows, doors…we replaced it all.  It was important for us to create a traditional Florida oasis for ourselves, friends, family, and visitors alike. With love of Florida’s wildlife and waterways, we diligently worked with conservation in mind as to not disturb habitats and the native Florida ecosystem. We have successfully created our own piece of paradise and we would love to share it with you!
