Because we are a mom & pop operation, you will never see additional host fees, cleaning fees, or service fees.  The price listed is the price you pay plus taxes and refundable pending incidentals deposit. Our nightly rate may seem a bit pricier than others but remember, all fees are inclusive in the pricing (excluding taxes) which makes it more affordable in the end. The only additional costs would be from the snack and beverage bar usage. All suites have itemized price lists, so you don’t have any surprises!
